This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. 4 out of 5 towels were stained and dingy, thank god I brought a towel. There was trash, bugs, and stains all over the room. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The shower curtain was stained pink with mold and mildew. The shower leaked into the hallway leading the building manager to come banging on my door at 8 o'clock at night. Overall, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else.

The room was so hot when I checked in, the A/C was off & I took about 3-4 hours started to cool down. And it looks like the carpet is not getting vacuumed, so dirty!

Very disappointing stay\. The dirty room and bathroom, old stained furniture, malfunctioning AC and shower, and cockroach in the bathroom made the entire experience uncomfortable and unacceptable\. The hotel failed to provide basic cleanliness and maintenance, so it was absolutely not worth the price\.

Old and run-down. As soon as we walked in we decided to leave. So many large dead bugs in the room. The smoke alarm was beeping. The bath tub was dripping. The building smelled like weed. We went to a different hotel. Stay away.

The staff is very welcoming here everything is under surveillance so u are protected as well as ur vehicles , ur safety is their 1st priority which is amazing ... the rooms are very clean and the hotwl offers a arcade , 24 hr fitness , and a club of all things ... it was an amazing stay and we will being staying again soon ... thank you so much to all the staff

The Housekeeping Staff are AWESOME! Always with a smile or kind word. Front Desk staff are judgemental and, well, in my opinion, prejudice towards the Mentally Ill. I am a Disabled Veteran with PTSD and I explained this to the girl. I was having an anxiety attack and it took me a bit longer than I liked to bring myself back to semi-calm. Once I did, her demeanor completely cooled. My stay has been one "you cannot do that" after another. To where my Service Animals and myself are not permitted to leave our room. Do NOT stay here if you have a large animal or noticable Disability

When I first got to.the room there were many large dead bugs on the floor . I swept them up thinking its cheap anyways and didn't want to cause a fuss. I then proceeded to try to get the room.comfortable but for whatever reason the ac took hours to cool the room down.. saw baby roaches then didn't even stay but the staff didn't want to issue me a refund . Buyer beware

If I hadn’t prepaid to stay here I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else!! The property is extremely ran down and the smell of weed was everywhere. The carpets are grungy and there were holes and mold in the ceilings and walls! I felt unsafe and filthy the entire time!!!

OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!
