Canceled the booking! Glad I bought the insurance. This hotel should not be taking reservations yet. It is under renovations and only has a few room that are clean enough to stay in if you are uncomfortable sleeping in your car! No room keys so someone had to unlock your door each time, white fuzzy mold on the floor, and nothing in the hotel open.

The. hotel was non -exiting when I arrived at the address provided to me. Was unable to reach anyone by for the phone listed. Was forced to make alternate hotel arrangements at the last minute and was forced to pay more money. It was a terrible experience.

I booked my trip on 6/5/25 and arrived on my flight 7/4/25 for vacation. I booked a hotel for Holiday Inn. When I walked inside I was told the Holiday Inn no longer exist there and that they are Wyndham now. Well, they did not have a room for me but somebody has my money. I was told to contact IHG/Holiday Inn. They refused to refund my money for a hotel that does not exist anymore. I paid my money and I had to ride around in city that I am not familiar with to find a hotel. I road around for quite some time before I located one that had rooms available to accommodate the length of stay I need for myself and my family. So I had to pay money all over again because somebody has my money from a booking I already paid for but the business does not exist anymore.

This Hotel is under renovation

This hotel is under renovation and the restaurant is close . There was also a strong smell of mold on the 4th floor.

very disappointed -not true to online photos

We arrived at the hotel only to be disappointed that it looked nothing like the pictures. It was almost vacant and in a bad neighborhood. The inside looked old, holes in walls, restaurant closed, ice machine didn't work. The bed was comfortable and the hot water was excellant. The check in staff was courteous. So I can only give this hotel a star of 2.

disapponting

homeless sleeping by the fence, phone in room didn't work, mold starting in bathroom, warm/cold shower, noisy kids running in halls after midnight/1 am. At checkout there was no one at desk, guy said he had been waiting for an hour. called out, someone then came up and said they were just away in the bathroom. read the reviews, won't go back.

The hotel was horrible. The worst I’ve ever stayed at in Houston. I travel Often and have never experienced such a horrible hotel the AC was not working neither was the restaurant or the spa, like it is announced in the post. There was no breakfast. Staff was rude and when I’d bring up things they’d say they couldn’t help. Elevator all busted, and super hot since there was no ac. The hallways were extremely hot. The ac in the room didn’t work and neither did the blow dryer. Musty smell and moldy rooms. Gross

There was a power outage in the hotel which caused me to wake up. I went downstairs to enquire, got back in the elevator and the got stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. The alarm inside the elevator did not work. Thank God i had my phone and I was able to call the fire department. The staff were apologetic but did not offer me any upgrade and i was told i was only going to get refunded for one night. This is unacceptable.

Old beat up property with incompetent night staff

Lady at check in counter had a major attitude problem. Told me that we didn't have a booking even though we had paid in advance and added another night. Another night we tried to get in and all our key cards were not working. It tool half an hour before we were able to get into our room. Old beat up property with no air conditioning in halls or elevator. Strange people lurking about at night. Beds were the only good thing in the room. Small awkward layout. Asked for coffee cups for coffee twice and never got them. Had to repeatedly ask for toiletries. Room was made up as requested after 3 days. Had to pay $14 per person for breakfast at an in house restaurant so opted not to eat there at all. One good thing was the coffee available with stir sticks at the front. Pool was maintained well enough but ceiling,floor and other parts rusting with the rust falling into the hot tub. Hot tub had one jet and barely worked.
