Happy with our stay

The lobby was beautiful. The floor we stayed on was the 2nd floor, there was construction/remodeling while we were there, we could see however they were not working on it over the 2 days we were there so there was no noise or mess while we were there.

Great Hotel

The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location close to most things. It could use some updating starting to show its age. Pool area was nice. But spa and sauna coukd use some repairs. But ither than that grwat check in and great checkout.

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good. Had to pay for son which I felt was a little pricey and saw 20% off signs after paying. Would have been nice to know. Had a little hiccup coming back from breakfast and being locked out of room an hour before checkout time.

Had a shuttle to the airport scheduled and was 2 minutes late. They said the driver left already and not sure if he will make another so we had to call lift. It was a hassle to get information from the woman on shift in the morning. Another couple can right after and she told them the same thing. Hotel was runs down musty beds terrible sheets and pillows terrible. Not staying there again

Able to park our car there for 8 days and have their shuttle take us and pick us up at the airport. We arrived well past midnight, called and were promptly picked up and delivered to our car. It was the lowest stress point in our travel day that started 22 hours earlier!

Pretty Nice Poor Restaurant

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the staff helpful. While the pool seemed nice and the exercise room pretty extensive, all of the hallways around those areas (the only way to get to the elevators, were tile with no mats. Wet foot prints went up and down the halls day and night and the three days we were there plastic "caution wet floor" signs were everywhere. The last night of our stay the pool, exercise room and surrounding hallways had more than 50 children running and screaming without nearly enough supervision. Once again, this was the only path to and from the elevators. The breakfast buffet was fine. However, we tried to eat in the restaurant one evening and watched as people waited 20 minutes or more without receiving a menu or water. Many walked out. We stayed and it took us well over an hour to get two appetizers and some water. The lobby is beautiful but the trash cans throughout the hotel were always overflowing.
