6/10 Good

Great location and lovely space. Also allowed me to check in early for a small fee. But the water system smelled like sewage. Also the owner didn’t check my reservation and tried to charge me an extra $60 for cleaning.

10/10 Exceptional

excellent apartment, perfectly located near everything ln venice. Other than the bed (too hard springs) everything was OK

2/10 Poor

This property was under construction. Jackhammer all day long and banging. It should not have been rented. Location was good. The contact number for the owner did not work. There was no service desk as this was an apartment.
