Fantastic stay at Serendipity! Great location, lovely accommodation, great facilities and brilliant communication from the staff. Room was very clean and cleaned throughout our stay. We had a great stay here. It’s very well located for the main train station and metros or about 30 min walk into the historic centre. Despite being in a busy area the room was very quiet. The only issue we had was the hot water that didn’t work - once we alerted them to it they came to fix it immediately however it was still very temperamental.

We had a lovely stay, room was spacious and clean. Fab view of the mountains. City outside is loud and busy but once the doors and shutters were closed it was really calm and peaceful inside. The room had its own fabulous bathroom with nice rainfall shower, very clean. The communal area had coffee and tea facilities, the coffee machine was a bit difficult to use and no milk supplied. A mini fridge in the room had reasonable priced drinks and snacks.

Absolutely fell in love with this place. It’s 5 minutes from the station which is perfect to do day trips to Vesuvius, Pompeii, Sorrento. The rooms are within a residential building lived in by locals so you get a taste of real life. Note there is no fancy reception or entrance but don’t let that put you off.

We received an excellent welcome and the rooms are huge and well appointed with plenty of extra provisions - coffee, wine glasses, plates, cutlery in a communal area for your usage. The greeting received by Alessandra was lovely and we were very pleasantly surprised by the ‘Mountain View’. In honesty I thought - how can you get a Mountain View in the very centre of Naples! How wrong i was - the view of Vesuvius was incredible! All rooms had a mini bar stocked with very reasonably priced drinks and a taxi was organised for us to the airport right from the door to save us dragging luggage to the bus Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Great staff, perfect location.

We booked one night in Naples on our way to Sorrento. It’s a perfect location, very close to the train and bus station. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.
