Had a great stay here. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Reception was helpful up until I was checking out. They unfortunately left the new girl on her own and she was a bit confused about what I owed. It took a lot longer than expected, but thankfully my flight was delayed so it wasn't an issue getting to the airport on time. Also, the management later contacted me because they thought I hadn't paid my full bill, but it was because hotels.com/Expedia didn't give them the full amount even though I pre-paid before I even arrived. Thankfully I had proof that I had paid or else the hotel would have charged me extra. Hopefully, the process is improved in the future, other than that, I had a lovely stay.

Some taxi drivers do not know the location of this hotel so you need to make sure the road name (Maitri Marg Road, Kupondole, Lalitpur). Many nice restaurants are walking distance so it is very convenient. Rooms are a bit small, but staff are very nice.

Attractive, brand-new boutique hotel, on quiet street in very safe neighborhood. Close to nice cafes, restaurants, and shopping district. The area attracts quite a few expats who work in local NGO’s. Easy taxi ride to Pātan Durbar Square but you can also walk. Fifteen-minute taxi ride to Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Would stay here again over better-known and loud Thamel tourist neighborhood.
