The man in reception was not very knowledgeable of business and not very friendly. Room didn’t have the normal items most hotels have. We had to ask even for towels. Too noisy.

Todo muy bien, la habitación y hotel limpio, creo que deberían de arreglar la regadera porque salpica por todos lados, y quizá el que ellos te suban y te bajen las toallas, porque de hay que subir escaleras con maleta y aparte cargar las toallas de baño y a la salida hay que volverlas a bajar a recepción eso no me gustó para nada

Es un hotel sencillo, limpio, para una sola noche, (dormir y bañarte); sin ser exigentes. Tiene un buen punto ya que permite mascotas, aunque no usé esta opción.

En general bien, para ir a dormir y bañarte. Las instalaciones se ven viejas, faltaba limpieza en el baño. Algo incomoda la cama y las almohadas duras. Bien ubicado y con precios accesibles pera una noche.

La recepcionista nada servicial estuvo en su celular al momento de asignarme las habitaciones sin ponerme atención, adicional me asignó una habitación que ya estaba ocupada no me acompañó a entregarme las habitaciones y todavía me preguntó que qué me había dicho los huéspedes de la habitación ocupada, me entregó otra habitación sin controles , mal servicio fue más amable la chica de limpieza.

Mal servicio por parte del personal. Ruido de otros huéspedes y en recepción no hicieron nada a las 3 am. Te dan un rollo de papel y todo contado .

La atención nefasta por error de la aplicación de expedia en los resultados de la búsqueda reservé confiando en que el Hotel estaba en Peña de Bernal cuando no fue así y al intentar hablar con el Hotel se mostraron super apaticos sin importarle la situación.
