Nice place in a well connected area

Marco, the host, has been very helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a very big room, clean and with all comforts provided, even a private bathroom. The kitchen is to be shared and breakfast is available 24/24h! I recommend this place also for the location: metro station TIBURTINA is right in front of the building as well as the train station. A bus station is located round the corner providing several options to reach the airport or to leave Rome for a city trip!

Pleasant place, I will return 100%!!

I first want to start off by saying that the b&b DEA reaches out to you shortly after you have made your reservation. I was messaged in WhatsApp, and was provided lots of information that was very helpful. When I arrived, there was a girl who communicated with me via WhatsApp and arrange to meet me at the front gate with the keys and showed me which key opened which doors. We went inside and we processed the taxes payment and so forth. She showed me where everything was she told me what was available to me she told me what time checkout was and if I needed anything at all, to just text her and some of would have my request fulfilled. The place is cute and charming, I met one of the two owners and he is very nice. The entire staff are very nice. The air conditioning is top notch! There are three or four rooms for guests. The bedrooms were immaculate clean, the shower was immaculate clean, you literally could eat off of the floor. There is no carpet, but the floors are so clean. I cannot enunciate this more. Everything is so nice in the room I almost felt guilty not cleaning it myself before i left. The checkout process is very easy, all you do is leave the key on the counter by where they have the workstation. It’s a very simple situation, it’s secure and safe, and most of all convenient to Tiburtina station. It is literally a 60 second walk outside of the bed-and-breakfast. It takes about 25 minutes to get to Colesseo, 50 min to Fiumicino airport direct. It’s a 10/10 for me

Muy buena ubicación a buen precio.

Nuestra estadía fue muy buena en el hostal. Tuvimos un problema con la ducha y fue resulto inmediatamente. La habitación muy cómoda limpia y funcional. Lo mejor, la ubicación de la hostal. Al lado del metro y de la estación de trenes. Esto nos permitió aprovechar nuestra estadía al máximo y con mucha comodidad. La host, muy buena. Nos esperó para hacer el check in más de 3 horas y nos entregó la información necesaria para encontrar el hostal sin perder tiempo.

Inacreditável; em frente à estação. Ótima localização. Limpeza diária. Tem uma mesa de café somente sua. A cafeteira deu um problema no segundo dia e fiquei sem café, mas nada que desmereça o local. O anfitrião é uma graça. Fala inglês. Educados e super simpáticos. Café da manhã bom. Quarto espaçoso. E limpo. Voltaria com certeza

Nice Room Close to Tiburtina

Very nice room, spacious enough, with TV and A/C, and with a balcony. Owner a bit stingy on the soap, a teeny bottle that I was not sure would be renewed when empty. The neighborhood is not bad, but there is nothing appealing or ancient about it, being so close to the Tiburtina station, which was a major advantage for obvious reasons. A supermarket is literally 7 minutes away, so you will not starve, and the room has a fridge, which makes it all the more convenient. The wifi was good when I got there, then the owner decided to change his provider and it became really bad until I left. I'm sure the problem must be sorted out by now.
