The hotel is in a nice location, with easy access to both Pisa & Lucca. The pool was a good size and well maintained. The grounds are well maintained and really pleasant. Breakfast was a mixed affair, some of the food offered was of poor quality and when the food ran out often it wasn't replaced. So coming to breakfast late wasn't a great idea! The room was poor, we could hear everything from next door (I mean everything). There was limited storage and nowhere to hang damp swimming kit. In the bathroom it constantly smelt of urine, sometimes it was just like a public toilet. The staff were pleasant, although we felt not really that interested in the clients and just going through the motions.

Quiet well situated villa, views and pool were blissful, breakfast was adequate. Rooms require a mini fridge, as villa is quite a distance from shops etc. Pool side bar/drinks would be ideal. Would stay again, Grazie.

We stayed in one of the outbuilding apartment. Excellent breakfast and good choices! Cappuccino is on tap. Bed is not that comfortable, but serve the purpose. Sound insulation is not that good as you can hear the next door speaking etc in the night.

Overall stay was okay. The place is located uphill and the village nearby did not have any kinds of shops, so be prepared to not have any supermarkets or shops nearby. The food at the restaurant did not taste that much and the portions were quite small. Staff was friendly but didn’t really showed much interest in the guests.

Great place to stay, however, the restaurant was not open during our stay and it was difficult to find a place that was open to eat. Room was great, but the shower was not draining properly. You definitely require some sort of transportation. Overall, I would recommend this Villa.

A Tuscan Dream

The location is great! It's near major highways but secluded enough to have a peaceful stay. The pool is amazing and it gave me a nice break from the high pace tuscan tour that i was doing. Everything was clean and staff was friendly. There was plenty of space to park. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at an hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also delicious. Rooms in the Depandance are spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides towels for the pool which is very convenient. The olive trees and grounds around the hotel were a dream to walk in. My only regret is that i didn't stay longer!

I’m not sure how this place was rated superb 8.2.. what a joke since this shocking experience with you we have booked our last 3 hotels with Agoda. Very unpleasant experience and not worth 30 euro a night never mind 120 euros. The breakfast was appalling.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rinascimento Dependance war einer der erholsamsten Urlaube, die wir je erlebt haben. Wir waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders die bequemen Matratzen, das große Bad mit zwei Waschbecken und der geräumigen Dusche sowie die Klimaanlage haben überzeugt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Das inklusive Frühstück war jeden Morgen ausgezeichnet. Die Auswahl war zwar überschaubar, dafür war alles frisch und von hoher Qualität – besonders das Obst. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Insgesamt hat uns das gesamte Hotel positiv überrascht. Für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir ein so hohes Niveau bei Sauberkeit, Gastronomie, Service und Atmosphäre nicht erwartet. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen, ruhigen Ort, in dem man das authentische italienische Leben erleben kann. Morgens trifft man die Einheimischen vor der Dorfbar, abends in den Restaurants – man fühlt sich überall herzlich willkommen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Hotelteam. Alle Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam und haben uns jederzeit das Gefühl gegeben, gern gesehene Gäste zu sein. Wer Ruhe, Gastfreundschaft und authentisches italienisches Flair sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Helt ok ställe med avsides läge i"bergen". Rummet är ganska slitet. Bra frukost med många alternativ. Bra parkering. Lugnt och tryggt. Tyvärr var det fritt fram att röka vid poolområdet vilket drar ner betyget.
