Better than expected. The view of the Domnius bell tower was an added bonus. And you had a great view of the roman actors and live street music from the balcony. Lots of natural light and the AC worked great. There was no elevator, but that's similar to many other hotels in the area due to how old the buildings are. There was a washing machine and a rack to air dry clothes. We did not use the jetted tub but it was big enough for 2. If you want a nice private space but still feel you are in the city, this is it.

This property is a hidden jewel. The location COULD NOT be improved upon. You are literally right across from Diocletian's Palace, and we even were treated to an opera performing in the square beneath us. (free entertainment) The apartment is HUGE! It has TWO bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi tub, and one with a bidet), a large bedroom with small seating area, nice-sized kitchen with all amenities, and a big living room. Did I mention the Terrace? It too is huge, and has a beautiful patio table set so that you can sit outside and enjoy the sights and sounds of Split, in the comfort of your own private space. This was an incredible find, and I cannot hype it enough. Check-in was super easy, we were able to drop our luggage off early, and Frane even loaned me an umbrella. If you get a chance to stay here, DO IT! It will make your time in Split even more magical.
