I stayed for four nights, and enjoyed the location and the friendliness of the very helpful front desk staff. I passed on breakfast at the restaurant because I couldn't see myself eating enough food to justify the price. I had hoped there might be a spa located with the pool, but there was none. As a final.thought, it would've been nice to have the pods for the in-room coffee dispenser replenished daily. I went through two cups the first morning, and never saw any more. But, there are a couple of great coffee shops within a short walk.

The rooms and staff were excellent. I used the fitness room and it was well supplied. My only problem was the breakfast. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was $21 for the hot buffet. The buffet was only a little better than the free breakfast one gets in other hotels. Besides that, the food was cold and one had to search for silverware and napkins. I would recommend the hotel highly but would go somewhere else for breakfast.

The hotel was very nice for an overnight stay. It was well located in downtown Jamestown. I was able to walk a couple blocks to a coffee shop with excellent muffins and also to my favorite ice cream store (Pine cone). Parking at the hotel was fine.

We interacted with 3 staff over the period of our 1 day stay. All the staff were most helpful and friendly. Our room along with every area we saw or used was very clean and well maintained. Room was ok, but there should have been a grab bar near the outside of the tub to help getting in out (there was one inside the tub, but it was placed so that it was no help getting in or out of tub). Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was awful…scrambled eggs were dry and unappealing; pancakes were pitiful; selection wasn’t great. I’ve had complimentary breakfasts at competitors (like Hampton Inn) that were better. I wouldn’t have minded paying for breakfast if it was any good, but it wasn’t.
