Thin mattress

Very thin mattress on a metal frame. Check in and everything but the bed was great. The bed was a thin mattress and with it being on a metal frame every time you moved it sounded like metal can if you squeeze it.

The first room we were given had not been made up from the previous guest, so we had to go back and ask for another room. In the second room, the bed seemed clean and comfy. However, we were not able to set the air conditioner below 72, and could not get the room to cool properly. The floors were very dirty, making our feet black. We could feel the grit on the floor, and we had to continually wipe our feet before getting into bed or putting our shoes on. We could not even set our luggage on the floor. There were bugs on the floor and spiders in the bathroom. We could not relax here, and won’t be staying at a Quality Inn again.

Horrible place. We stayed for 1 night and it was awful. Got there and the room was not clean. They gave us another key and the one that was cleaned was really dirty. Bathroom was used and flush was broken. Expensive ($100/night), dirty, horrible. Never again!

I never write reviews and have even given a week or so to attempt to put my thoughts together. I was deeply disappointed in our stay with this facility. There were dirty socks out in the parking lot, dirty Q tips in our room on the floor, entire room smelled heavily of smoke, sheets were stained to the point we were afraid to even sleep on them, and we didn't even take a shower due to the broken amenities and yellowing of the tub. The only thing that this facility had going for it was the fact they let our pet stay with us. However, they wanted an extra $25 CASH in order to accommodate our pet. That would have been fine if we read any disclosure on the site that alluded to this extra cost. Needless to say, we will never stay at this facility in our travels. Hope it is a better experience for others. Thank you.

I only needed a shower and a bed so the microwave and refrigerator were a plus. The towels were so stained I wasn’t comfortable using them, I should have taken them to the office but as I didn’t I can’t say if it might have been rectified had I done so. It’s right off the freeway, took a little twisting to get to it but my Dodge Dually and bike trailer fit in the parking lot.

The desk clerk that will add random charges to your non-refundable room after your five hundred mile drive is the same guy pushing a literal shopping cart around doing maid's service the next day. The outside reception area have been painted.Everything else is very old. See pictures.
