The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the front desk clerk was very kind and helpful .. he offered to let us view our room before checking in .. It was the worst place I’ve ever seen . We were lucky that Travelocity refunded our stay and we choose to stay elsewhere … DO NOT STAY here!! Exposed ac wires in front office and extremely hot .. landscaping very over grown .. standing water in parking lot despite the fact that he hasn’t been raining .. at least 20 feet of shingles is visibly missing from the roof .. there is trash from the homeless people living by the building every where .. the hallways and room reeked of urine! There was cigarette burn holes in the blankets on the bed .. We didn’t stay in the room more than 2 minutes.. I’m sure there is more .. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express when we left .. it was more but clean and safe!!

Two lamps, one bulb, one lampshade, no bulbs at front desk. Not a single chair in room. No remote for TV. Wastebasket was a recycled 5 gal detergent bucket. Floor dirty. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

When I arrived, I met at a small window and stated my name, and the guy gave me a key. He handed me a key and a piece of paper with my room number. I climbed two flights of rusted-out stairs, which were rusted out with holes, and I had to walk carefully. There was no light for half the walk. The TV was not operational at all. The floors were dirty, and the entire room smelled of extreme cigarette smoke. Even the beds smelled like smoke. I had no body wash. I had a small packet of shampoo and conditioner. The tub was rusty, continued to drip all night, and the room was very unsanitary. The air Conditioning barely worked. I did not feel safe.

Do not to this place, it is not hotel, infact it's supposed to be lock up till new remolded take place bedsheets dirty and tear , bed broken, window cotton tear apart, old air conditioner not working wall cracked carpet dirty. I didn't wait I have to leave , it's so bad to be call hotel.

The worst hotel experience I ever had. Disgusting rooms, horrible smell of cigarettes and weed everywhere, cockroaches, shady area. They even tried moving me to other rooms but all the same. Thankfully the staff did their best to accommodate but terrible property overall. Couldn’t recommend at all.

I had to check in late due to car issues, I called multiple times and no one answered. The shower didn't work. There was no trash can. Half the lights didn't work. No remote, so the tv didn't work either. Very dirty space, I will NEVER stay here again.

When we arrived the building is run down. When we went to check in we were given 2 rooms to check out, I had ordered a king size bed, and were given room keys for two double beds. Both rooms were filthy and ill repair. The linens were torn. The curtains were falling off the curtain rod. I would never recommend this to anybody this hotel is unfit for habitation.

Exspedia allows you to pick the amenities that your looking for my husband and I are handicap and everytime we reach the hotel they know nothing of this list would you send him that info , because the owner thinks It DOESN'T EXIST AND IM TIRED OF NO ACCOMMODATIONS AND RUDE PEOPLE ON YOUR EXSPEDIA SITE WHICH I ALWAYS THOUGHT WAS RELIABLE. 3RD TIME THIS YEAR!!!!

If I could give this hotel a negative rating, I would. This hotel was sooooo disgustinggggg. It was also unsafe, with the door leading to the outside not even being locked. I do not recommend it at alll. For it to be in such a nice area, you would expect better. Please DO NOT BOOK this hotellll. There was also mold everywhere, so beware.
