The things which made our stay so amazing were the location - right beside the main bus station with frequent connections to explore the region; the daily room service; staying half board and enjoying the variety and quality of the Mediterranean style cuisine; being able to unwind in the late evening on the rooftop terrace overlooking the city as the sun sets.

Check in was smooth, hotel is very clean in all areas. Breakfast was plentiful. Hot options could maybe do to be a bit hotter. The were always tables available at breakfast and they were cleared promptly . Pools - Didn't use the rooftop pool although it looked very nice up there. Need to get there early at the downstairs pool to get sunbeds although it was the height of the season. Overall a very good experience.

Good hotel overall, nice and central, near the strip, clean, lots of facilities etc. the downside was sadly the staff, as a group of young people (which was the majority of the guests at the hotel) we felt that we were treated poorly and spoken too rudely making the experience less enjoyable. The first day at check in, we weren’t given the card detail option which says on the website you can, we could only give them actual money which wasn’t fair . Then we were waiting 45 minutes for food, and then when we would speak to the staff we would be given one word answers and blank responses. One day we relied on the hotel to get us taxis and did not manage to do so , which left us stranded at a train station until midnight, which we did not want as it’s very unsafe for young girls. Overall they weren’t very helpful but everything else about the hotel was fine.

Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service.

Hotel was well located, spotless clean and the staff nice. The reception staff were especially nice and helpful.The restaurant was clean but quite manic at times, the range of food was okay with show cooking stations but the food especially at breakfast was often only lukewarm. We loved everything. The staff, restaurants (especially at the pool and the specialty restaurant) were fantastic and the staff were wonderful! The pool area was wonderful! Only comment would be that the coffee pods do not get refilled when the room is made up each day which felt a little odd. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay!

I would like to thank the staff providing such a great service. The rooms are kept clean and fresh towels are available on a daily basis. The only inconvenience that it may be noisy at night time, also you may be unlucky with the neighbours.
