Valet parking was great. We did not have a breakfast at the property. Room was nice and it looked clean. Bathroom was very outdated and small.

8/10 Very good

The good: The Staff was one of the most friendly and helpful of the dozens of hotels in which I've stayed. They were absolutely terrific. The Bad: Ice machine on our floor wasn't working (or maintained). Worse yet, there was a leak in the bathroom in the floor above us, leading to a flood in our room. The staff was terrific in dealing with it (e.g., comping us a breakfast). This may have been an isolated incident, but combined with the ice machine I'm not quite sure. Overall, I would stay there again.

It was the most friendliest and relaxing place to stay.

8/10 Very good

Staff and valet were wonderful. Room was very nice and clean. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because its age is beginning to show. Hallways were too dark and elevators were rattling too much.

2/10 Poor

Room was nice but heating unit and hot water did not work, staff gave me and wife another room that wasn’t king size but double bed and did not get good sleep and slept in separate twin beds

Valet parking was great. Check in was good. Staff was great. Room was hot. Had to switch rooms. New room had problems too with coffee pot not working, refrigerator leaking onto floor and several ceiling tiles missing in bathroom. Beds were comfortable and downtown location was great

Unfortunately the AC was broken during my stay, they did offer a fan tho.. the pictures aren’t really accurate but overall it was a good stay. Would stay again

8/10 Very good

The stay was good enough for what we needed it for. The parking situation was a bit confusing at first. You pretty much have to pay for the valet for your car to be close and there when you need it. And just one small area to unload. Our A/C unit it the room wasn’t seeming to work properly. Room was clean. One of the curtains was ripped, and the A/C did quit working at some point during the night and the room reached 80 degrees. We woke up sweating. Was definitely not the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. We did like how close it was to plenty of restaurants and Beale St.
