Very good place and very nice swimming pool. But there is not air condition or ventilation. It is lovely that the staff loan us a fan, and we can open the windows all the day. The room is big enough.

This place is a big but not really logical in the way we needed to navigate to our rooms, the bathrooms weren’t up to my expectations, clean but dated. No ac in the room and it was hot - the mini fridge didn’t work in either of the two rooms. The sauna was great and so was the pool.

Good stay with great pool

Hotel is located in peaceful area. Bus stops right outside and not far to walk to underground. Room was good. Pool was really good. Bar and restaurant were fine with big screen showing football. Food and drink items at reception were expensive.

I liked everything, especially how friendly and helpful the staff were. What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much choice for breakfast. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were both very hard and overcooked. Otherwise, my family was happy with everything.

4 star facilities hotel but with a 3 star quality

Stayed for 1 night and for us that was more than enough. To keep it as short as possible the hotel had a real maintance problem, for a 4 star hotel with friendly staff that can be a huge issue. The hotelrooms are full of dust and maintance problems. We were changed to another premium room where funny wise it was exactly the same problem. The rooms could use a big renovation in wise because you still have the feeling you are in a hotel of 70s. When I addressed this to the reception they were friendly about my remarks and tried to help where possible. But for a 4 star hotel there is a lot of work to do! I did the test of laying things everywhere the housekeeping should pass but it was noticable that even in the "welness" or at the pool, hallways and other places the things kept laying there for longer than 24h. Also why paying for breakfast when no one asked your room number. About the breakfast buffet: it would be good that the hotel put some more information about drinks and others so people with allergies know what to expect (You are a 4* hotel you should upper the standards), I think the hotel was 20 years ago a 4 star hotel today it would not fit anymore, comparing with other chains. I will send this week my findings about the big issues regarding this hotel to the chain so they can improve it.

Transit stop hotel.

For the price the hotel is as expected. The swimming pool was quite cold and breakfast food limited. Rooms were clean and hotel staff polite and helpful.

I cannot recommend this place. It is worn down, it might have been 4 star 10 + years ago but not anymore. Fire alarm went and we all got rushed out. That is fine, but the hotel staff is not in control of anything and does not inform guests when you can enter again so you have to figure it out yourself. There seemed to issues throughout the week with the technic of the hotel. There were multiple people running around looking into everything. Thursday all power went down. This meant there was no restaurant and no service at all. They didn't seem to really care. People coming to check in was asked to wait for what ever time it took them, they couldn't help them. And finally not to mention the extra guests in the room, like what I could look up was a cockroach. Luckily I did not see it until the last night. The gym they are supposed to have is not working for half of the equipment and the equipment working is really bad. I will definitely not be staying here again.
