The room was very clean and the good thing about it was that the floor was hardwood/Laminate rather than carpet. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the view was fantastic although we were in second floor and my preference was in higher floors. I would recommend this hotel 100% and I give it 9/10.

The location was excellent, food was delicious and rooms comfortable. The staff was the friendliest and kindest I’ve encountered traveling in a very long time!! Every encounter from housekeeping, waitstaff, to check in was exceptional.

Great location! Staff was kind as they sent a welcome gift to our room once they realized we were on our honeymoon. Would have liked being greeted by a bellman, but I don't know if they offer this service.

It was a nice experience at the Delta hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is amazing and the room was really nice and with water view it was a plus. We really enjoyed our visit to Kingston and of course the Delta will be a good option for our next visit. Thank you.

I have stayed at the Marriott Delta once a year for the past 30 years and it is always enjoyable and comfortable. The meals at The Terrace are Devine and walking the waterfront and downtown kingston. The property was well kept and clean. Not sure the rooms were really worth $500+ a night. Plus we were on the second floor with our little dog. Potty break at 5:30 was not a great thing
