8/10 Very good

Nice big room.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice staff clean rooms and easy check in.

Conti was especially kind and helpful. The hotel desperately needs lights and signage outside. A complete landscaping refresh. First look, the appearance of the building was “sketchy”. The lobby is dark, uninviting. The room was clean, A/C worked, clean linens. We would absolutely stay there again.

8/10 Very good

Very happy with my stay.

Honestly a great stay. I’m traveling cross country so I’ve stayed at some really bad hotels recently, this one was clean, comfy bed, all utilities worked, quiet area, room felt private and sound proof. Pet friendly as well only $10 extra. The grounds around aren’t great but that isn’t really important compared to the room. Only issue was locating it, there’s no signage so it looked like an abandoned building when I pulled up.

It wasn’t bad the staff was very friendly.

Don’t judge this book by its cover.

So on the outside you kind of wonder about this place when you pull up, but it’s obvious they are working on it. The place was CLEAN, freshly painted and smelled wonderful!!! The manager was very nice and, though it’s a “no frills” place to stay, it was awesome.

Nice little stay. The manager was SO NICE! Mike I think his name was?

Last resort

If non-working drains, partially working showerheads, filthy carpets, smells of smoke masking spray and sewage, partial coffee pot without coffee are your thing then this place is for you!! If we had not been using GPS we would not have found it bc the only sign was a sheet of paper in the window. It looked condemned. Previous reviews were very misleading as I check those before booking. Needless to say I regret this booking.

6/10 Good

Smelled. Unkempt
Dominic, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The property is a bit old & run down and gives off a bit of a “sketchy “ feel to it. There actually was no street sign indicating the motel. The room itself was clean and adequately supplied. The front desk manager was very nice and provided us with a room facing where we parked our truck/rv. This is a convenient place off of Rt 70 to bed down after 9.5 hours of driving!
Frances, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Stay was OK

The management was wonderfully nice. However, it is an older hotel and the remodel is cosmetic. There are alot of holes that need repair. It was clean enough but could definitely be better.

Very clean and well-maintained motel. Pleasant and helpful proprietor. Very affordable price. Why pay more to get less?
James, 1-night trip

I always enjoy staying there but this time the air conditioner made too much noise for me too sleep

Looks outside can be deceiving

Don’t let the outside detour you. This $65 hotel was better than the $225 Super 8 we stayed in in Bozeman. Staff was friendlier, room was in better shape and management didn’t change rate, didn’t lie to me and didn’t charge my card for a night without my authorization.
Sherry, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

They do not have a pool and morning breakfast but they advertised it.
kody, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

They are going through rebranding and updating their rooms. The main building is done but the other two buildings haven’t started. The updating was done fairly well. Lighting in rooms needs updating.

There are times when you can find a low-cost hotel room that's pretty decent. But this was not one of those. It's an old chain hotel that has closed but repurposed as a cheap uncared for hotel. The clerk seemed like I was bothering him just by renting one of his rooms. The first room did not have a working heater. He was kind enough to give me another oom withch was an upgrade but the room was dirty and dark - not enough light. The walls are painted blue, adding to the darkness of the space. And the there is no decor whatsoever. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, so if that's all you're after, this place will serve its purpose, but otherwise it was unpleasant.

Dont book!

Waited for 1 and half hours. No one ever came to desk. Has different name on building. Literally talked to front desk 2 min before i pulled up.
Jeremy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Got up to go to the bathroom and there was a cockroach in the sink
Mason, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

TERRIBLE!!!! This place is a dump! I didn't even get to my room to see what it looked like. The parking lot needs repaved big time. The buildings need painted. There really isn't even a sign outside with the name of the hotel that you can read. There were ppl seating inside there cars in the parking lot. No handicap access at all & it's a walk to get inside building & then to your room. Which I didn't do because I knew I couldn't get my medical equipment from the parking lot to the room. Pulled back around up front & gave the key back to the front desk & told them I can't walk all that ways being on oxygen & unloading. I had to pay for another hotel for the night somewhere else.

When I first drove by, I thought it was abandoned. Then I realized it was the actual hotel that I had booked. The reception area had handwritten signs and smelled very musty. The hallway to our room smelled strongly of animal urine. The room smelled better and the air conditioning worked. The sheets were on the bed inside out, but appeared clean. The bathroom door knob was not attached, there was paint, scratched off of it, built up dirt in the corners of the floor. The sink did not have a full drain plug, but did not drain water efficiently. We slept all right, but overall couldn’t wait to get out of there.
