10/10 Exceptional

This hotel went beyond our expectations! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting to and from the train station and to all the local amenities. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere a little bit luxurious to stay whilst in Düsseldorf.

10/10 Exceptional

Hotel and room were both clean and tidy, staff were polite and efficient at check-in and check-out too. The location is very convenient for nearby shops and restaurants as well as the train station. The room itself had plenty of space for bags and luggage and was modern. The recommended car park is no more than 5 minutes walking, but it's not free and it's quite tight, and sometimes you have to go quite a few levels down. We found the pricing very competitive, but it would still be worth paying a small premium over other hotels for. The only downside we had at all was that they were having issues with some of the lifts on/off during our stay, and since they weren't very big, you would have to wait for it to go and then come back.

4/10 Fair

The room was ok. But the personel was not so helpful. The check-in was 3 pm but our room wasn’t ready. So we had to wait for almost an hour. And they didn’t even apologized and no compensation at all. The gym had no glasses and we called to the reception to bring som glasses there but it took them forever. We waited for atleast 30 minutes. I was already finished with my workout and they haven’t come with the glasses yet. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the staff there were kind. Location wise is also very good. But the helpdesk was awefull. Last time i would overnight there.

6/10 Good

A lovely hotel, reception and bar staff friendly and very helpful. Just dont expect your room to be serviced each day. Bins weren't emptied, beds not made up each day, which when staying at a hotel of this rating is expected. Reception couldnt have been more helpful with the issue. Housekeeping didnt care, trollies left in the corridors with hoover cables across the floor all day

Very nice lobby and friendly staff who explained everything. Fancy smart elevator. Fridge in the room, nice space and comfortable bed. Two restaurants and a bar. Area was Japanese, but it was less than a mile to shopping and the Rhine.

The hotel is in the centre of Little Tokyo. It was very convenient to enjoy Japanese food. I came earlier than check in time, but lobby is spacious and wifi service helps to work. Display of Japanese goods is interesting.

A special thank you to Airi at reception. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her warm welcome and support have made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Great location on eat street for Japanese food. We got an upgrade as the booked room was unavailable as it seemed it was a very busy Saturday night in Düsseldorf. Easy walk to the old town and Rhine, really enjoyed the hotel.
