6/10 Good

I was double charged for Valet around 3AM during my stay. I went down to the desk in the morning and was told they “accidentally charged me twice”. The lady helping me didn’t seem to be apologetic about it. Had I not caught it, I would’ve been out $50 which isn’t a huge deal but definitely annoying. The staff in the cafe made our drinks wrong twice but once they were correct they were good. Walls were thin and could hear children running and yelling around us at 8AM.
