Excellent location Room good but a little stuffy at night without a window or balcony, not sure airconditioning was working effectively Fantastic buffet breakfast and staff very helpful Not sure why the new 'self help' check in and no staff around to help if needed, seems a bit inpersonal

The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were lovely, we did request firmer pillows which didnt happen so we have stiff necks but aside from that it was great. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have experienced.

"Our 3-night stay was incredibly comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind. We especially loved the delicious breakfast options. The hotel's location is perfect—being able to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and the Royal Botanic Garden made our Sydney trip unforgettable. We will definitely stay here again!"
