I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to suit different tastes, which set a positive tone for the day. The convention area was well laid out and thoughtfully organized, making meetings and events smooth and productive. Most impressively, the staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, readily helping with any issues that arose and ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The hotel was spacious and clean. However, we had to pay for parking, but I did not see a security guard in the lot to justify the charge, and it was not a parking lot. We could have easily parked at one of the two hotels on either side for free and walked. The elevators need maintenance, as they made scary sounds and were very jerky. Lastly, we were woken by a knock at the door at 8:30 AM and by someone trying to come in (we assume it was housekeeping, as they clearly had a key. If check-out time is 11, this should never happen. I did let the front desk know and they did apologize.
