Nice hotel, great location and wonderful staff. Unfortunately, the walls were paper thin and the beds were super hard.

8/10 Very good

The air condition unit clicked loudly when coming on and was loud until it cut off. I had two rooms and both rooms were like that. The drawer in one room continuously opened up on its own. The hotel was clean except the bathroom floor in the room on 14th floor. Cookies were great and appreciated the complimentary cookies. Overall, a nice place downtown.
