Very clean, helpful staff, easy check in, good parking. Lots to do in the area and a local McDs. Only issue is we got a different room then we booked.

2/10 Poor

Rooms are ok, but avoid the rrception staff and managers at all costs! They don't give a bare crap about customer needs. I was supposed to stay at them from 9 to 10 of July, and by mistake i've chosen to stay from 8 to 9. In less than 2 minutes, i've asked hotels.com to change booking, and they didn't cared about their faulty system. Also, IBIS didn't want to hear about changing or cancellation. So yes, my previous stays with them were ok, but i will never return!

Slow check in its difficulties as had been booked on Hotels.com and the two systems did not connect.

6/10 Good
