Booked the Sheraton in Stockholm for 3 nights for a mini break. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was simply wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully (and newly) refurbished and furnished with aesthetic lighting. Very comfortable room with everything you could ask for: bathrobes, plenty of towels, mini bar, hot drinks, hairdryer, toiletries, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is a few minutes walk from Stockholm’s central station, the opera house, parliament and the royal palace. The hotel is currently undergoing a massive refurbishment but this didn’t disrupt our stay.

Easy walking distance to and from the train station for a couple of retired folks with their luggage. Very quiet. The nice thing about the Sheraton is that they provide washcloths…. No other hotel we stayed in did that.

Central location right across the bridge from the Old Town and Royal Palace. Bed was comfortable but room was small. Poor WiFi was the biggest issue but lots of places in Stockholm seems to have poor signal. Hotel is right next to traffic intersection so can be noisy at times with cars.

Towels were dirty 2x . AC is horrible doesn’t even get cold . The sink and shower took forever to go down water backed up. Bartender staff and security very helpful and nice . Location was good .

We had a wonderful three night stay at the Sheraton. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our bags there until our room was ready, and then we were given a surprise upgrade to a superior double room which had a beautiful view out over the water. The room itself was clean, comfortable and so quiet! We were warned about some renovation work taking place higher up and that there might be some drilling after 9am. There was but this was ok because we were awake. It was pretty muffled anyway. We were just so thrilled with our stay in this wonderful hotel and would definitely be back!
