A perfect location for us. Within walking distance to all major attractions, tube and bus. Yet for being so central, quiet and thought the hotel was very reasonably priced. Clean, fresh smelling hotel, spacious old building details - had character which was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast average choice but tasty. Had a junior suite, great layout and size for our family. However sofa bed needed another layer to soften the springs, quite uncomfortable to sleep on, had to ask for more shower gel as it was empty out first morning, and after first day of cleaning, mugs weren’t changed. Unfortunately on sun morning we had drilling and hammering going on m, we thought above us, but staff reassured us they had no maintenance happening, must have been adjoining building? But the negatives are minor and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we would come back again and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to London.
