가족들과 키즈 놀이방으로 놀러갔습니다. 사장님께서 방갑게 맞이해주시고 주차도 안내해주었습니다. 첫인상부터 여행의 좋은 시작이였습니다. 코로나로 부대시설 이용은 크게 못했지만 저녁식사 바베큐 파티랑 키즈놀이방 이용은 만족했습니다. 다음에 또 기회가 되면 이용할 예정입니다. 사장님 감사합니다.

노마스크 직원, 바가지요금,불친절, 최악의 펜션

우선, 직원들 마스크를 죄다 안쓰고 다니세요! 그래서 직원 구분이 쉬웠는데 마스크 분들 보면 직원이더라고요. 꼬불꼬불 엄청 깊숙히 들어가지만 코로나로부터 안전한 장소가 있던가요? 두번째, Hotels.com에서 인원을 정확히 표시하고 예약을 하고 바가지 요금을 냈는데 예약하자마자 2명 외에 인원추가요금을 송금하라고 몇 번 독촉을 하더라고요. 더 황당한 건 인원추가 요금을 1인당 3만원씩 지불하였는데 방에 사람 수대로 이불과 베개가 없더라고요. 그래서 받으러 가니 이불도 잘 주려고 안하고 매우 불친절 했습니다. 물론 수건도 마찬가지여서 풀빌라인데 큰 타월은 딱 한 장만 있고, 작은 타월도 사람수대로 없었고요. 받으러 갔더니 퉁명스럽게 어제도 타월 많이 받아가지 않았냐며, 처음 받으러 갔던 건데 황당했습니다. 비싼 값을 치룬 풀빌라면 타월을 넉넉하게 둬야함은 물론이고 최소한 인원수 대로는 두었어야 하고 또한 찾으러 가면 친절하게 주어야한다고 생각합니다. 아주머니들 왜 이렇게 퉁명스럽고 불친절 하신지.. 그리고 공용수영장 사용시간(1시 부터 5시까지) 미리 알려주지 않으셔서 사용을 못 했습니다. 도착 전에 공용수영장 사용시간이 짧다고 미리 알려주었으면 맞춰서 갔겠죠. 추가요금은 미리 잽싸게 받으면서 알려주어야 할 내용은 알려주지 않고 너무한다는 생각이 들었어요. 7시쯤 도착하였는데 아저씨 첫 마디가 왜 이렇게 늦게 왔냐고..그 다음날은 체크아웃까지 수영장을 열지 않는다는 거에요. 소독시간이 8시간 걸려서 그렇다는데 밤새 소독하고 아침에 열면 되지 않나요? 체크아웃 전에 오전에 사용할 수 있을 거라고 생각했었죠. 풀빌라이니 그나마 다행이었죠. 또한, 개별 수영장에 벌레도 죽어있었고 스파에는 입에 담기도 싫은데 긴 체모들이 하~~ 더러웠어요. 꼼꼼하게 청소하셔야 하는 거 아닌지. 마지막으로 방은 독채라는데 인원 추가요금까지 거의 70만원 하는데 정말 좁았어요. 그 정도 인줄은 몰랐네요. 리조트는 정말 넓은데 어찌 집은 그렇게 최소한의 공간으로 지으셨는지.. TV 큰 것은 마음에 들었어요. 그리고 나올 때 쓰레기 분리수거 할 때 만난 남자직원 분만 친절하셨어요. 그 분이 주인이신지 몰라도요. 떠날 때 손도 흔들어 주셨고요. 그 분이 주인이시라면 직원 관리 좀 잘 하셨으면 좋겠어요.
