I kind of accidentally booked this place. I thought it was closer to town. Once I found out how to get into town, I had a few options and it worked pretty well. The hotel pretty much offered everything I needed. There was a small amount of snacks to pick from, included soup and pizzas, beer on tap, breakfast for a cost, there weren’t too many toiletries, but there was a dispenser of soap and a small teapot with a few copying options. Rooms were not cleaned every day, only at your request. That was fine with me.. You could ask for towels. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a kebab shop next-door, which was great. That was also DHL Parcel shop so you could send packages and purchase things. There was a discount grocery shop on the ground level of the building that was open 8-8. There was no phone, but there was a TV. For me only three channels, I think had English.. Recommended if you don’t mind being a little out of town. tram stops, right next-door, buses, go by and take you to the underground only a few blocks away from there you can go directly to the central train station and down town.

Hotel nel quale avevo gia' soggiornato in altre occasioni e che avevo ritenuto adeguato per le me esigenze. Devo tuttavia segnalare che il bagno era bisognoso di cure, il cassetto pericolante sotto il lavandino, la doccia che spruzzava acqua all'esterno del box, la tavoletta del WC che non era fissata e scappava da tutte le parti..... sicuramente si poteva fare meglio. Va invece riconosciuta alla struttura la presenza del garage (costoso, ma a Monaco i parcheggi costano dappertutto) e la fermata del Tram a 20 metri dall'Hotel, estremamente comodo per spostarsi con i mezzi. Sicuramente confermo il buon rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.

Waren für das The Weeknd Konzert dort und es lief alles echt mega! Durch den Aldi direkt neben an oder der L'Osteria hat man genügend Möglichkeiten zu essen oder das Hotel selbst hat auch eine gute Auswahl an Essen. War sehr sauber, auch in einer ruhigen Gegend und mit der Tram oder Busverbindung kommt man sehr schnell an seine Ziele. Egal ob es zur Alianz Arena gehen soll oder doch lieber in die Innenstadt Münchens:)

La réception au 6e étage, c'est un peu curieux. Mais passé le moment de surprise, rien à dire sur l'accueil, ni la chambre : tout est très bien, en particulier l'absence de bruit ou nuisance sonore, plus qu'étonnante ds un hôtel situé juste à côté du Ring (une grande artère qui fait le tour de la ville). On n'entend RIEN, mais vraiment rien! Les plus: la boulangerie en face de l'hôtel ouverte très tôt le matin, la pizzeria pas loin non plus avec ses pizzas délicieuses (pizza gorgonzola) et ses pâtes succulentes, al dente et hyper goûteuses (raviole ricotta épinards), et puis bien sûr la proximité du tram (S23) qui vous emmène au U-bahn (metro) en 6-7 mn puis le U-bahn au centre ville (Marienplatz) en 5 mn. Je recommande sans hésiter 🙂
