6/10 Good

A very mixed review. The hotel itself is nice and in a superb location. It's clean, modern and staff seemed ok. They also decorated the room for my birthday which was lovely (and the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2). Unfortunately we were on the 1st floor and our room backed onto a beer garden - the noise went on until 3/4am on 3 of our 4 nights. The room was also ridiculously warm despite us setting the aircon to 17, so it clearly didn't function as it should. Opening the window at night was not an option as the noise through the windows was bad enough! Unfortunately wouldn't stay again unless guaranteed a high floor.

Rooms were excellent: roomy, comfortable & all the amenities. Excellent location in the middle of Kazimierz and could walk to most places. Parking is the only drag, have to park 15 minute walk away from hotel for secure parking

8/10 Very good

Our Room was very spacious, clean with a fab bathroom. The staff were pleasant. The only negative was the room was very warm and the aircon wasn’t working so had to open the window which then let street noise in. Otherwise our stay was good. The hotel is located in a nice area with bars and restaurants around.

Great Hotel

Good location. Good base for a weekend trip. Didn’t use the spa. Or have breakfast. The local restaurant NOVA is really lively and good for a night out and great food. We can’t fault the hotel.

A

We found this hotel to be "Perfect" for our needs. It was well located, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything required (and more) breakfasts had a great variety and were plentiful. Receptionists (the 2 ladies) were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone with similar requirements to ourselves
