The Hivetel is very accommodating if you train at Phuket Fight Club, which is just a 5 minute walk away. For what I pay, I get a clean room, refrigerator, hot water, AC, and a comfy bed. The front desk does offer microwave in the lobby if I needed food heated up for me. The staff are quick to check in/out, and are very friendly and courteous. The grounds are maintained daily and the pool is clean. The restaurant located on site serves really good tasting food as well. They also offer bicycles you can use if you want to travel faster or farther than the usual stroll. This is no 5 star luxury hotel, but it delivers everything I need for a comfortable stay, training at Phuket Fight Club.

The hotel was very unique! The staff were helpful, plenty of room to chill out and they had games. Room was very nice- it had a balcony and the bathroom was a decent size- it was also clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was great on the really hot nights, the only small issue is that the room are quite dark but other than that would stay here again!

The hotel is a unique concept. The rooms are shipping containers. It has various amenities, is well branded, and the service during the daytime seemed pretty good. However, it was not for me. I think the hotel serves a younger crowd. There are very loud big trucks that you can hear at night and early in the morning. This is not hotel‘s fault. My one actual complaint is that we arrived late at night and there was a dog that looked very sickly and injured that was walking toward us from the front desk. I changed my direction to walk toward the other side and the dog walk toward the other side as well. Once it stopped, the dog began itching profusely like it had fleas near us. I mentioned this to the front desk attendant, and he said the dog sleeps there every night. However, if the dog is going to stay on the property at least take care of it or give it a flea bath or wash it so that whatever is itching it does not go onto guests’ suitcases or bags when they’re checking in if the dog sleeps there every night. You will also need a cash deposit of ฿1000. The location is a little far, so so you may have to wait a bit for a grab car.

Recomendación 100% !!! Este hotel es increíble 🙌 la vista con la apuesta de sol en frente en las montañas (room 2406), la piscina y el bar en el agua. Muchos ruegos que hacer también. Wonderful staff, so polite and very attentive. I was always greeted with a smile. Very clean and although the restaurant was shut during my stay (I was made aware of this) it the menu looked delicious A little further from town than expected but only ever a Grab ride away. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren nicht sehr besonders nett, konnten evtl. aber auch einfach nur kein Englisch. Die Unterkunft war sehr erdrückend, man hat alles von den Nachbarn im Zimmer gehört, bei uns kam kein warmes Wasser aus der Regendusche und mit dem kleinen duschkopf haben wir unsere Haare fast nicht auswaschen können. Ich würde nicht nochmal in die Unterkunft gehen.

Short review: This was one of our favorite Thailand stays!! Good location, great service, clean, quiet, great food and drinks for small price and nice view Long review: Ice and Sasi were amazing and so kind. Very accommodating staff, great food and drinks at the restaurant (great quality meat and amazing dessert for such a great price), and very quiet atmosphere. Easy for drivers to pick up and drop off. And rooms were very clean. Location is quaint and there is not much party life but considering we were able to go to big buddha, phi phi islands, phuket town, kata beach, and more, this was a great location. Wish we could give more stars!! Cant wait to come back!

I originally booked my stay for just 2 nights, because I had plans to travel throughout SE Asia for two weeks in March…..But 2 nights turned into 6 nights, and eventually my entire two weeks in Thailand were spent in Phuket at the Hivetel. I love Thailand, and I love the Hivetel. I’ve already rebooked for my next visit in May
