We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historic hotel. As a guest with reduced mobility, I especially appreciated that I was able to drive my car right up to the entrance of our room, which made our stay much easier. We also requested to have breakfast served in our room, and the hotel kindly arranged it without any extra charge. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The surroundings are idyllic, and the property itself is historically beautiful and truly impressive. It is a unique place with a special atmosphere that we will remember for a long time. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable stay.

Great facility with surroundings. If you travel with car its not far from Uppsala, Arlanda or Stockholm. God alternative to hotels more close to the city. Beutiful park for walking and running. Interaction with cows along the pathway.

Relaxing, clean and different.

LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place.

Wiksslott was a great surprise Fantastic location, friendly stuff, great breakfast, 200% quality for price! The only drawback was not being able to take a swim in the lake because of potential health risk owing to seaweed but that’s got of course nothing to do with the hotel Super recommended

Wiks slott har fantastiskt fina omgivningar och mycket trevlig personal. Rummen var också bra, dock behöver verkligen bäddsofforna bytas ut. Knarrade och väldigt dåliga madrasser. Något vi påtalade vid utcheckning och det skrevs upp och togs emot på ett seriöst och trevligt sätt. Hundar är inte välkomna i slottet där frukosten serveras men det kunde vi lösa genom att låna brickor och ta med oss frukosten för att sitta ute.

Rummet var kanske något spartanskt och andades folkhögskola men badrummet nyrenoverat och allt var fräscht. Det var trångt i matsalen under frukosten men det funkade. Oerhört mysig och avslappnad miljö med fina vyer och härliga promenadstråk. Väl värt ett besök!
