The most beautiful place to stay, we had the best and most relaxing time! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, and the room itself was incredible. Our room was beautifully decorated for our anniversary and the floating breakfast was the best experience. The location was also perfect, with a 7-11 just up the road. We loved our stay! Walking into the room was a lovely surprise! Lovely high beamed ceilings, huge bed with a huge bath! Spotless all round! The pool was lovely to cool off after busy days in the heat, I can’t compliment the Staff enough! They were super friendly and so helpful, Breakfast was absolutely lovely and so well pretended! we absolutely loved our stay at arun dara villas. the place was in the best location just down the road from the massive sunday night market and 30 metres from a 7-eleven was super handy! the accomodation was amazing with lots of space inside, a gorgeous luxury bathroom with the best shower we’ve ever tried and the private pool was used a fair bit too. we loved our stay so much and will definitely be back, however we would like to add the bath seemed to need a bit repairs as the bath stopped filling up after a while and the water pressure was significantly worse than the power shower, this had absolutely no negative affect on the place whatsoever we would just like to make the staff aware. special thanks to N̂ả from reception who didn’t stop helping us from the moment we asked until she retrieved my lost phone from a grab, absolute lifesaver. thank you to Arun Dara villas for such a wonderful time it was truly special!

Such a luxurious stay for our honeymoon! The pool was chilly but it felt nice on the really hot days. It was nice that breakfast was included and dropped off at a specified time and the owner recommended some different activities for us that we ended up loving! Chiang Mai ended up being our favorite part of the trip due to the activities, scenery, and night market.

The room was big, had a high ceiling, and was very clean. Breakfast was very generous and delicious and service was great. The only thing is the actual room looks different from the photos, the design and textures used in the room were very mixed and confusing, so if you are someone who looks out for room design, you might want to take note of this point. We couldn't have asked for a better location or friendlier staff. They truly went above and beyond for all our needs. The room was gorgeous as well. The only true complaint we have is that the toilet never flushed correctly and the mattress is very very firm which made sleeping a little uncomfortable and made us very sore in the morning. That being said, I'd still recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and would definitely come again. Don't sleep on this place! It's a gem.

This hotel is a hidden gem! I checked in to Arun Dara Villa after checking out of another hotel that was very disappointing. They had only one villa left and looking at the pictures I thought it was too good to be true but booked it anyway. I am so glad I did! The hotel and staff made me so at home — I was sad to leave. The “villas” are 100% as pictured. The space is large and modern with a smartTV. This was a big deal for me given the original hotel did not nor did it have a single English channel. The room is bright with natural light. Shower has dual shower head, which is a plus since I took a lot of showers given I had my own personal plunge pool! For the most affordable price (I’ve ever seen) I had my own terrace with seating and a pool! Inside the room was also a full size bathtub to soak and relax. Keyword: RELAX!!! I came to Chaing Mai to relax and enjoy less hustle and bustle as in Bangkok. The only thing I would change is not staying at Arun Dara Villa longer! The location is convenient to walking to plenty. There is a 7-11 right before you pull into the street it’s on. There are also plenty of cafes and places to eat. Also, it’s not far from a bar district. Last, biggest compliment goes to the staff. The desk attendants greet you coming and going. When I ordered food, they made it to my door to drop it off before I could put my shoes on to pick it up myself. They were the most kind, courteous team. Especially my friend who checked me in. She was the best.
