Expérience scandaleuse et totalement inadmissible. Arrivé après 21h dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel, je découvre que l’accueil est fermé et que l’accès à la réservation doit se faire via une borne automatique. Malheureusement, malgré plusieurs tentatives avec le numéro de réservation communiqué par l’hôtel, impossible de récupérer ma chambre. Je contacte alors le n° d’urgence indiqué par la borne. Après avoir expliqué à plusieurs reprises que celle-ci m’invitait précisément à appeler ce numéro pour résoudre le problème, mon interlocuteur me répond froidement : « Je ne peux rien faire ». Aucune recherche de solution, aucune assistance, aucun sens du service client. Résultat : à 23h, je me retrouve seul à Langres, à plus de 3 heures de route de chez moi, sans accès à une réservation pourtant confirmée et payée via Hotels.com. Le comble ? La seule proposition qui m’a été faite a été de réaliser une nouvelle réservation ! Je me pose une question simple:que se serait-il passé si l’hôtel avait été complet ? Cette situation met en lumière une organisation défaillante et un manque de professionnalisme préoccupant. Le lendemain, (petit dej horrible) je remplis une demande de remboursement et j’apprends que le traitement peut prendre jusqu’à 2 mois. Après avoir été laissé sans solution en pleine nuit, il faudrait encore patienter des semaines pour récupérer son argent. Cette expérience est de loin l’une des plus mauvaises que j’aie connues dans l’hôtellerie. A FUIR !

Hôtel tout beau, tout neuf. La chambre est petite mais confortable et surtout très bien optimisée. La salle de douche est "spacieuse" et bien pensée. Le personnel est très agréable et prêt à rendre service. Seul bémol, la proximité d'une route très TRES passante, même la nuit avec un feu rouge à l'angle de l’hôtel et le passage de PL et voitures incessant (prévoir les boules Quies).

Nous avions une chambre sur la rue avec feu rouge, super la nuit avec les poids lourds qui repartent. Très peu dormi. Chambre très bruyante et très mal isolée. Un conseil pour les futurs clients, demandez où est située la chambre et visitez avant de vous y installer. Le reste bien.
