The room was very large, very clean, had a computer in the room, fancy bathroom, bathrobes and slippers .Convenient to subway, approximately 1/2 hour from airport. Friendly staff. Room price included basic breakfast Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

What an amazing hotel in downtown Busan! I usually don’t write reviews but for this hotel I have to. The hotel is located in the middle of Busan with free parking at affordable price. The room is surprisingly spacious with separate toilet/sink/shower and tub. Front desk staffs are extremely friendly and kind. They were very quick to respond to my questions even before check in. Highly recommend this place.

Near to Lotte Mall. Many local foods around the area. A convenience store just few steps from front door. Staff were helpful and nice. The room space is very big when comparing other hotels in the area with the same price. Water pressure is great and room is really clean. Highly recommended.

Fine but could be managed better

The hotel is well situated but the management could be improved. The AC in the room was Ok but behaved strangely, turning itself off for unknown reasons. The breakfast is minimalist. In summer , the corridors inside the hotel are hotter than outside, suffocating.

This hotel is hard to fault. For the price, the rooms are fantastic - very clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to store our bags after we checked out. The hotel is centrally located in Seomyon, 5 minutes from the metro station, with good access to buses, food places and convenience stores. Whilst the included breakfast lacked a huge selection, consisting of coffee, cup noodles, toast, eggs, fruit and rolls, it was a nice addition. The only slight issue was the lack of a safe in the room - however this wasn't too much of a problem. Would highly recommend.

Hotel bien situado

La situación del hotel es muy buena. El personal es muy servicial y amable y te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Cada día te dejan una botella de agua gratis para cada huésped. Hay paradas de autobús y metro muy cerca ( a 5 min máximo) y un combini justo en la esquina. La habitación es muy amplia y el baño también es inmenso, con bañera y ducha. Estábamos en una habitación familiar. Nos ha faltado algún armario o estantes para dejar la ropa y demás. No había nada a pesar que sí que hay espacio para algún armario, con lo cual no hemos podido sacar las cosas de la maleta en 3 días que hemos estado alojados. El aire acondicionado tampoco nos ha funcionado demasiado bien y hemos pasado calor en la habitación. En los pasillos del hotel tampoco había aire acondicionado y el calor era bastante intenso.

It’s 2nd time to stay but it’s very noisy from toilet flush /shower sound from other rooms during nights Which we haven’t had this experience at first time. Besides, there is one night after dinner, I back to room around 8:30pm. My friend’s room was open. There is one house keeping looking round my friend’s room without our permission. It’s not allowed to enter the room after 4:00pm.We just shopped and back to hotel around 5:30-7:30 and when out around 7:30. The house keeper apologized to me. She was convinced she shouldn’t do it.I don’t think I would book this hotel again

スリッパが残念

部屋は抜群に広く、トイレ別でバスは広く、10階の朝食会場に電子レンジ有、フロントスタッフに頼めばカードキーも2枚くれるので、冷蔵庫の電源を維持できる。 コンビニは近くに小さいセブンイレブンが２軒。 雰囲気が怪しいスーパーマーケットも徒歩数分の距離。 ロッテホテルのすぐ近くだから迷うことなし。 地下鉄で向かう場合、5番出口から地上に出た方がエレベーターがあって楽。 と、ここまでは言うことなしなのだが、問題はスリッパだ。 使いまわしのスリッパが用意されているのだが、左右重ねて棚の中に置いてあった。 しかも片方は足を入れる側、もう片方はスリッパの底側を重ねてあるではないか！ そんな物汚くてはけない。 唯一それだけが残念だった。 こんなこともあろうかと、持参した使い捨てスリッパを使用して事なきを得た。
