Apartment was on a high floor which was a real treat as there were incredible views of the CN Tower. Great space, great apartment, but the check-in instructions requiring initial access to lift within 2 minutes is difficult given that one of three lifts was often out of service and being such a tall building, took longer to get that. Towels are required to go in a quick wash before we left - we noticed that our towels were smelling of damp from the first time we used them. Nice bedroom and lounge facilities. Asked for deposit outside of hotels.com.

Our flight yo Toronto from Nashville ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for the next morning- I stayed in contact with the property through hotels.com and they were great. They notated our changing plans in our account as they changed. When we arrived the next day, the apartment (1203) clean, very roomy and a little bonus that I didn't see online was a second bath. The views were amazing!! Location was good for us- within a short walk to the streetcar or subway to get everywhere we wanted to go. Last minute, we asked for an hour later checkout which they were able to accommodate. Overall, excellent experience! We will definitely stay again.

Our only real complaint was the complicated check in and lack of response from the host to resolve issues. The location is perfect. The room was very clean. It was advertised as romantic but there was nothing romantic about it. $1,600 is a lot of money for three nights and then not be able to reach the host when needed. Sorry about the review not being great. This is the first bad review I have ever given.
