Our flight yo Toronto from Nashville ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for the next morning- I stayed in contact with the property through hotels.com and they were great. They notated our changing plans in our account as they changed. When we arrived the next day, the apartment (1203) clean, very roomy and a little bonus that I didn't see online was a second bath. The views were amazing!! Location was good for us- within a short walk to the streetcar or subway to get everywhere we wanted to go. Last minute, we asked for an hour later checkout which they were able to accommodate. Overall, excellent experience! We will definitely stay again.
