This was my 2nd stay at Filon. I was given a lovely double room which was immaculate and the bathroom was lovely too. The staff are always so friendly and helpful and the location is perfect being right next to the port. Next time I’m in Athens I’ll be sure to stay again :)

While not a luxurious hotel, the price and location is perfect for an overnight stay to transit to the ferry port. We have stayed here now several times due to the convenience to the ferries departing to the islands and each time we are happy to select this hotel. The accommodation and facilities are great for the price/location and the optional breakfast is good value.

I stayed at this property to be close to the Piraeus cruise port and am pleased with my choice. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the airport bus stop. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a breakfast buffet for 8 euros but for coffee and pastries a nearby cafe is a better choice.

Filon was adequate for our three night stay with spacious rooms, efficiently working showers, hot water, good flushing toilets and cold air condition. The location was ideal with walking distance to street food, restaurants, bus stop and a main shopping street about ten minutes away. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel had very comfortable beds, good showers, the best air conditioning - but the floor my friend was allocated a room on had the loudest rudest Greeks staying, who carried until 2am, so with a 5am alarm for ferry, he got no sleep. Nothing was done to ask them keep their noise down Guess the hotel did not think anything would stop them So we won't be staying here again
