Good Hotel for Family and Amazing Location

Good spacious room. Very courteous Staff. Room condition needs improvement - can see wear and tear. Breakfast can be better considering it's a 5-star facility. Location is amazing.

Excellent Stay Every Time!

Whenever we visit Bursa, this hotel is our go-to choice, and for good reason! From the moment we arrive, the reception staff make us feel welcome with their warm hospitality. They are always friendly and eager to assist with any request. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The location is fantastic—situated near multiple shops and restaurants, it’s convenient for finding a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal. Overall, this hotel consistently provides a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bursa!

Everything Great

This hotel is super amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location is so great and the value for money makes it even more great. Thank you especially to Ibrahim who was so helpful to us and guided us on even where to go and what to do. We loved this hotel. Breakfast was not the best but for the price i think it was well worth it. Please keep up the awesome job you are doing.

Location, just on the side of main walking street with no public traffic just a tram running. All local breakfast outlets and shops outside, many small local shops behind including 2 min access to Koza Han and grand bazaar. All local crowd. It a small hotel clean hotel mainly one person on reception but it makes up for being in great location and some rooms with balcony access. Although we faced broken lift on the first night abd the family rooms were not next to each other as requested.

Clean and central hotel

The hotel is not a five star hotel but it is clean and lies central in a market/shopping center, so if you like shopping it is an ideal place. It was not easy to come to the hotel due to its location and the parking place is outside the hotel area but it is free. We are family and had a lot of luggage but the young boy working at the hotel (and who served us breakfast in the period 20-222 July) was very kind and helped us to move the luggage. The young boy was very active and helpful.

The hotel is in excellent location . It is within 5 minutes of the markets and the hustle and bustle of the city. It has main Metro and tram lines within 5 minutes of walk, linking to the main city bus station (Terminal). The hotel rooms are air conditioned and well presented. The staff were okay but not very engaging / welcoming. The breakfast was good but could be better organised with the timings. The bed is not made every day … I think you had to request this. Very Basic cleaning was done and the bath towels are well old!
