Hiromas Hostel Kura - Hostel

The place was great! Perfectly kept restrooms and showers. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was good. The kitchen was very small and cramped with only one toaster, one microwave, very few bowls, for a hostel of 180 to 200 guests. The doors and walls were very thin. We had difficulty sleeping on all 4 nights with the constant chattering and noise from other guests who were walking in and out of the rooms at all hours of the night. When we requested for a change in our rooms as soon as we checked in - one staff said she has to consult the manager, another told us the next morning, that it can be done for 1000yen per person, a third told us that they will do it for 500yen per person. The "Manager" was absent throughout. Not a great stay.

This facility is close to two lines of subway. The faculty is pretty clean, the floor we stayed has 3 shower room, 6 face-washing sink and 3 toilet room, so I never have to wait when using them. The elevator is security controlled by room-access card, so it added one level of relief to your mind.

Amazing! Everything is catered for, from laundry to towels, hot showers with good pressure, slippers to shampoo. They even accommodated my request for a lower bunk. Friendly staff and extremely clean.

Nice hotel and affordable

Very high end hostel. Mixed-dorm. A drunk Japanese man was making a ruckus in the middle of the night in my dorm and was kind of scary but could happen anywhere, I suppose... One thing I did not like was I noticed on the key card they charge 3000 yen if you lose it. I did not but I have lost the paper key cards they give you at nine hours before a few times and when you're travelling it's very easy to lose things like this. Seems insane for a hostel to do this, the card is very nice as are the facilities but it was their choice to clearly have a 'vision' over practicality. The card would cost more than the total price of my stay....

宿泊者の友人が夜間に非常階段から入り込み、シャワールームで無断宿泊する。 以降、非常階段には貼り紙が貼られる。 ※誰も遵守せず開け放題は変わらず。 外国人宿泊者2名が友人達6名を自室に招き入れて無断宿泊させようとして失敗。 アルコール禁止期間にラウンジで飲酒有りの宴会。 ※フロントはブース内でスマホいじり。 大勢での飲酒大騒ぎは注意されず、2人でご飯時に話していると注意される。 冷蔵庫は相変わらずグッチャグチャで入れられない状態。 夜中に水商売の女性が帰ってきて荷物整理。 ※ビニール袋ガサガサゴソゴソの騒音。 四六時中ブツブツと独り言を繰り返す女性。 施設中を徘徊し、煙草を吸ってはゲホゲホ咳込み続ける女性。 (超絶な意訳すると)宇宙からの電波を受け取っていて、個人情報の漏洩が国家？の陰謀だと訴える女性。 非常ドア開け放し、部屋のドア開け放し、ベランダ開け放し、で虫がわらわら侵入。 勿論入り込めるのは人も同様のザルすぎるセキュリティ。 全て10日間の出来事。 レスの方々が一気に増加して、有象無象の無秩序状態が加速された。 仕事よりベッドで寝る方がスキル必要な宿泊施設。

新しくとても綺麗。エレベーターもあり清潔でコスパも最高。 　ラウンジの利用の仕方で長期利用の常連のご婦人が我がもの顔でキッチンまわりを占有したり大声で単発利用者の悪口やスタッフにホテルに関係ない宅配物のクレームをいれて困らしているのが気になった。
