Good pub with a few rooms, which are a decent size and modern, plenty of off road parking and excellent pub style food served until about 9pm. Wi-Fi worked well and staff friendly and efficient. Morning check out 11am which is better than most establishments if you’re not in a rush to get away. It would be my first choice when travelling in the area as just off the M5.

I have stayed here before and I use The Waterloo Arms every time I'm down this way . The room is always clean and fresh feeling. Stayed during the May heatwave, so I could of done with being supplied with a fan. Yes I should of asked but luckily I carry one with me. There is only recommendation I have for the establishment. When staying on the ground floor, all you can hear is the loose paving slabs as people walk over them. Because of the amount of noise, I would say all are loose. Food from the pub is excellent.

ONly stayed for 1 night. Went through hotels app but it did not transfer my contact details correctly with the result hotel staff could not contact me. Staff were fantastic and even though I arrived at 1030 and they had been working since 7am they were still smiling, warm and welcoming despite the long day. Room was warm clean and very comfortable. BReakfast was great. Will stay again

The room was very good, clean and tidy. Good tea and coffee facilities. Good food down in the restaurant and excellent service by staff! The only thing that let it down slightly was the bathroom which was in need of a refurbishment as wood has been used to trim the base of the shower and it was warped and blackened from the water/steam. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.
