Very welcoming. Lovely grounds and layout for the houses/rooms. We loved our little 2 bed. We walked 25 mins to the local supermarket and then had dinner outside in the garden whilst our little one slept upstairs. All round, it was perfect for what we needed.

Value for money large three room accommodation. Bed very firm. Pool. Breakfast supplied for €8. Close to a main road didn’t affect sleep just not so quiet sat out. We had a private garden, with loungers.

I was going to stay there after an art retreat in chateau nearby. I was taught the night before by guests at the retreat that they stayed there and left in the middle of the night because the hotel is haunted and the noises in their room was too loud they couldn’t ignore it and they left telling the owner they couldn’t stay there because there is no ac. The owner gave them a refund after a huge fight. So I thought to myself let me personally go and tell them the truth about what they told me. Now the front desk lady laughed saying she didn’t mind the ghosts. But I told her please let me talk to the owners and see if they can give me the refund so that I don’t have to go through this. I begged them on the phone. These men hysterically yelled at me telling me I’m making up stories, that I’m a liar. Now tell me why and who lies about such a thing? Let alone how uncomfortable it is to confess a truth that is superstitious to a lot of people.I am a girl, alone, so I can get scared and no one will care or bring me comfort if I am put in a bad situation so I have to try to protect myself. After a huge drama over the phone they said ok we will give you your money back but you have to pay the first night. I agreed and asked for a refund request. They said don’t worry we’ll do it ourselves via Hotels.com, we still didn’t retrieve the money. I learn after that this was a lie. They took the money and told Hotels they won’t refund. The hotel looks so old and bad I could’ve just said that

Vi besøgte Mountboulard en uge i juli og boede i en fantastisk bolig på 330km 6 personer. Stedet er smagfuldt indrettet og faciliteterne i top. Alt var lækkert og poolområdet virkelig indbydende. Værterne var meget hjælpsomme og venlige. Kæmpe anbefaling fra os, vi kommer igen!
