Excellent in every way! We felt welcomed from the very start. The rooms are clean, spacious and finished to a high standard. The pool and facilities were secluded and peaceful. Shower so nice I did not want to get out. Bed comfortable and views amazing. This is a modern, super clean property in a residential area. The unit was fresh, with full kitchen amenities and large modern bathrooms that offered toiletries and fresh white towels. The pool area is lovely and well maintained and parking is immediately next to the building. Restaurants are within walking distance but we appreciated having a car to access the activities and sights we had planned to see.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Demar Residences in Zadar. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lovely pool area, and everything is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and modern, and we loved that they all have balconies or patios facing the wonderful pool in the back. It created such a relaxing atmosphere. Denis, the owner, was truly the best. He was so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay, which made the experience even more special. We loved it so much that we actually decided to stay an extra day. Everything was perfect, and I would 100% recommend Demar Residences to anyone visiting Zadar!

We have just come back from a brilliant stay at Demar residence. We stayed 11 nights and it was just what we needed. Nice and peaceful pool area and always plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculately clean. Towels are changed everyday. We even received a complementary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our recent engagement. There is a shop at the end of the road. I would say the location is a little far out, but very peaceful and more residential which we enjoyed. Around a 35 minute walk to old town although there are beaches and a harbour in Borik where the hotel is located. We got Ubers and bolts to the old town and back which were only around 5-7 euros and came in minutes. The sunbeds also had towels on them to use which were changed which we thought was a lovely touch. The only thing we wished was that there was a bar area/somewhere to get food but obviously it wasn’t this kind of hotel! Easy enough to wander out to explore the area. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
