If you can get used to the trains going past, it is a good place to stay. If parking was part of the stay and not $14/day additional, I would say it was a great place to stay.

NOT FOR SHORT/NON-BUSINESS STAYS
This was an extremely stressful experience. I just needed to crash for a night, and this $120 deal seemed great til I saw a $239 price on my confirmation email. $100 booking fee snuck in. I promptly called hotel.com and Global Suites to cancel and they each blamed the other. So I leave in the a.m., and 7 emails from global followed while i was travelling. I gave my age and address, get to the site, and it is not a hotel. There is no reception; it is an air bnb. one of the emails had entrance instructions. If that deception isn't enough, they call me the next day saying they will charge me another $150 because they can't find the key. Believe me, after I had been scammed of $100, the keys were properly locked in the lockbox on the door. The lockbox which hangs unsecured on the door handle by the way. Only nightmare I have ever had on hotel.com. this is NOT a hotel folks. It is an apartment, nice and clean, but not a hotel!! Bad customer service

I had a great stay!
I had a great stay! It was very comfortable & so clean! And quiet, except my room was next to the railroad. The trains didn't bother me too much. Also, you should specify that this location is the Centric Apartments because I had trouble finding it.

Area is nice and can walk to the university area without issue. Also a nice little stroll to 'Little Italy'. One thing that we didn't know was,the TV set up in the room was internet based tv only. ,if you don't have Netflix or Amazon or,service based accounts then you television,viewing is very very limited. Room,wad very nice. Updated, clean, comfortable. Paying for parking was a bit surprising but the rates were low. If you come and go multiple times,per day, it could get costly

Super spacious, clean, modern, and in a very convenient location with shops and shopping. If I should visit Cleveland again, this will be where I stay!
