Very nice, spacious and clean apartment with the amenities one would expect. Lovely and large balcony. The pool area was great, but the sunbeds need cleaning. Decent small gym, but some machines were out of order. No room cleaning our entire stay, but I guess it could have been arranged had we asked. All in all a very nice and affordable stay.

The condo was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The hot water in the shower didn't last long, but it was fine. They offer bicycle rentals for 100 pesos per day and it's less than 30 minutes ride to the beaches, 10 to the grocery store, and 15 ish to downtown. There is a pool, a gym, and parking available. We felt very safe there and it is within easy walking distance to some cheap taco stands and nicer restaurants, though the kitchen was very handy and we cooked daily. The staff is friendly and warm. We loved our stay and would stay again.

There were two ACs (living room and bed room) which made everything super comfortable. We also had two patios which was great. There was nothing for basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar etc). So cooking was somewhat limited but there were 3 plates, bowls, forks, a pot and a pan which worked well enough. The complex is really well kept and clean. Two pools with lots of seating; although it only gets afternoon sun from about 11-4/5. I’m not sure about cleaners, we had someone try to get the key for our room out of the lock box several times (which we had with us) but no one ever knocked or left a note. I have no idea if there is cleaning during your stay, we didn’t experience any. There are two body towels and two pool towels. No extra blankets, hand towels or face towels. We were in the top floor and it’s a little loud with the quads and bikes driving by but not unreasonable.

We go to Tulum a couple of times a year specifically to stay at Panacea. We love the pool and the generally calm vibe as well as the fast growing neighborhood. Usually, it’s just the relaxing recharge we need, but unfortunately , this time, they were doing repairs and there was sawing and drilling going on which definitely made it less relaxing. Overall, still great, but I will be sure to ask if they are doing any work before our next trip.

The residential suite was amazing, we had a large living room, kitchen and gorgeous balcony with a pool and garden view. The hotel staff were very friendly and we met Fifi, the hotel cat. This area is under construction, specifically the road next to the hotel, so having a rental car made it easy to explore. This property was very quiet and felt safe, we had the pool all to ourselves. Great place to avoid crowds!
