I had a very pleasant experience and would especially like to highlight the care and attention of the entire team. From the reception to the kitchen staff, everyone was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The location is excellent, and the breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety and quality. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. As a suggestion for improvement, I believe the comfort of the rooms could be even better, especially regarding the mattresses and pillows. The television could also be modernised. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The warm and welcoming service from the entire team really made a difference and made the experience very special. I would certainly recommend this place to other travellers.
