We arrived at the address provided which were large doors to an apartment. The temperature was 31 deg. Celsius and we had just walked from the train station. Luckily an older gentleman came by and was going into the same building. He couldn’t speak English nor we Italian. He was not associated with our rental. We were able to convey our dilemma and he contacted the number provided and spoke with the lady associated with the rental. He was directed to a mailbox across the alley where the keys were located. The room or apartment was on the second floor. Finally we were in but the place was like an oven as air conditioning hadn’t been turned. The apartment was an older apartment which needs maintenance. We finally caught up with the lady the following day who required our documents. She was a pleasant lady but could not converse in English. The location was perfect near many historical sites!

Excellent facilities and perfect location.

Perfect for my requirements as I spend very little time at the accommodation. It had a bed, shower and a little kitchen so I could make a snack and coffee. Hosts were excellent in both communication and welcome. As far as location goes, it couldn’t be better. Right in the centre of Historic Palermo without it. Wing complicated to find or get to. Everything if interest literally 5 to 10 minutes away. Exceptional value. If this was my property, I’d be charging double!
