The largest shopping area in Hobart, Elizabeth Street Mall, is the perfect starting point for all shopping enthusiasts. Home to about 40 stores, it includes lots of big brands and chain shops but also has pop-up retailers, allowing smaller, local retailers to showcase their goods. Every Sunday, Farm Gate Market springs to life overnight, operating under the principle that if you can’t eat it, drink it, grow it, or meet the producer, you won’t find it at Farmy. The market also has sustainability at its core, so you won’t find any plastic bags here as all packaging is compostable.
