Very friendly staff. The hotel is good. Decent rooms and amenities, as to be expected from a 5 Star Hotel. But the staff made all the difference.

The Hotel is brand new and everything works as it should, the bathroom, the plumbing, the hot water, the wi fi, the door locks, the elevators, the kettle, the in room safe etc... One would think one is in one of a better hotel in a nicer part of town of a nice US city and give this a AAA award. The room is large and airy, well isolated from noise although the hotel is next to railways tracks. Everything, is spotless and housekeeping thorough. May be the Hotel should leave 1 of these notes...

Great hotel in an excellent area. Awesome staff! Hotel rooms could use some minor updates like refrigerators and irons in all rooms and not per request.

Very pleasant stay. Restaurant was under staffed and orders from menu took a long time but the attitude of staff made up for it. Very clean place and accommodate most request in a reasonable amount of time.

Very beautiful location, friendly staff, and great amenities. Above all, when my flight was rescheduled from midday to 8 pm they had no qualms about extending my stay at no cost to 6 pm. Super friendly!
