I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team.

This place is an oasis in a busy Fes Medina area. We stayed here for a few days in July with our children. The staff were welcoming and encouraged us to treat it as our own home. Jaw dropping is what happened when we entered this Ryad. We were met with amazing hospitality and very warm, caring staff. The owners of the Riad told me that they try to hire people who have a good heart rather than people with experience because you can teach service but not heart. They have succeeded beyond their expectations. Ghizlane & Youssef, and the rest of the staff, provided the best service that we’ve ever had at any hotel and they made us feel like family, not customers. I can’t recommend them any higher. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We were thrilled with our decision to stay here and even ended up spending an extra night. It's a quick and easy walk to the Medina - by Bab (door) Ziat. The dinner restaurant is spectacular in regard to the food and views. The bar also has a wonderful view and a great place to go for a drink. The rooms were spacious and decadent in our opinion. The SPA was a true treat and I'd highly recommend doing a tleast one hamam if not two!

This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! For dinner you can dine in or dine nearby Ruined Garden restaurant. Suggest downloading the Map.Me app to help you navigate around the Medinas in Morroco
