Great location near all you need to see in Fitz Roy. Right in-between both weekend markets, at your door step was quite nice. Heaps of options for food and coffee - could eat every meal out for a week and a different place each time, without making a dent in all the options.

Location was great for all of the tourist attractions and public transit to navigate the city. Great tea in room and clean and comfortable room.

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees. Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.

Stayed one night. The hotel was pristine clean with friendly staff who were always helpful. Great hospitality and amenities. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend and happily stay again.

It’s close to airport and convenient.

Absolutely blown away by room, size was great, balcony overlooked pool, beautiful pool area, Only one thing , was reception closed at 7 and didn't open next day till after 8. This was not ideal as we needed towels and also , wanted to checkout early and had paid cash as a deposit, so had to wait, Otherwise location and comfort were amazing!!

Brilliant location , staff were so lively and helpful . Can’t wait to come back

I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean. Television was easy to work. Offered lots of services in and around the hotel. A little loud in the evening as there is a...
