Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well.
